4. Refund Policy

All fees paid for services are non-refundable except as expressly stated below:

• If we fail to launch a paid campaign within 14 days of your approved brief, you may request a full refund.
• Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for pre-paid packages unused due to cancellation.
• No refunds are available for ad spend; ad budgets are passed through to third‐party platforms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, ranking positions, or return on investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 UP Bet LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill;
• Claims arising from your use of third‐party platforms or tools.

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
